“I love Lucy so staying here was a treat and the rooms and swimming pool were nice but I thought I was paid in full and I had a $25 charge on my credit card when I called the hotel they said it was a parking fee yet the hotel NEVER advised me and it’s a very small unattended parking ”

“While I was waiting to check in, the female staff offered welcome drinks to 2 parties of guests (Caucasians)in front of me, asking which drink they preferred. When it was my turn, as the only Asian guest in line, I was not offered anything at all. This is something I’ve never experienced, not even at budget motels. To encounter such apparent discrimination at a so-called resort hotel is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

abbiamo trovato capelli e peli qua e la, briciole di cibo sul pavimento e sul divano…
peccato perché avrebbe potenziale…
comunque lo staff è stato gentile e ci ha rimborsato cauzione e applicato un 20% di sconto sul totale ”

“This was by far the nicest "Budget" hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. (And I have stayed in 100's)
Check in was quick and simple. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and efficient.
The room was great. It was clean, nice linens (bed and bathroom) a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker) bottled water, and bat items (shampoo/lotion/conditioner).
Even the breakfast was pretty good.
I'll be back!!!”

“Very cute property. The room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor and had a nice view of the lake. Should note that there is no elevator but the front desk person did offer to carry our bags up the stairs for us.
We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. ”
